Bed & Breakfast "Luna rossa"

With their Bed and Breakfast at Ginostra, Dione and Giovanna are the epitome of a “happy choice.”

Giovanna was born on the island and Dione is from Taormina (Sicily). They chose Ginostra to grow, work, and vacation together.

Their passion and appreciation for this little paradise in the Aeolian Islands is reflected in the rooms and homes they offer to tourists. Their rentals are intimately Aeolian, with gorgeous views of the sea, large rooms with balconies, the most important area of the house. During the day, the balcony is the perfect place to chat or read under the shade of a trellis, while your eyes are caressed by the soft wind and by the sight of the sun sparkling on the water. In the evening, the color of your Campari  soda will mingle with that of the sunset. At nighttime, the stars will never again seem so close.

Bed and Breakfast Luna Rossa is perfect if you only have a few days for a short, but intense, vacation. The three double rooms, which can easily sleep three or four people, are furnished cheerfully and simply; small everyday comforts, such as a bathroom in each room, a refrigerator, a ceiling fan, and a communal kitchen for guests to share, make for a pleasant vacation without altering the original spirit of Ginostra.

The B&B is open all year round, an invitation to visit the island for a brief vacation at any time to appreciate the beauty and uniqueness of the village during the various seasons.

A hearty and healthy breakfast of bread, butter, and jam, as well as fantastic Aeolian pastries and cakes, fresh fruit, and cereal, is served on the terrace of the coffee bar/restaurant L’Incontro during the summer months. During off-season, it is served on the ground floor terrace of the B&B.
